Rachel Grahame, mother of Deputy Coroner Harriet Grahame, handcuffed by police in nursing home

Rachel Grahame, 81, was handcuffed by police in a Randwick nursing home dementia ward. Her daughter, Harriet Grahame, is Deputy State Coroner. NSW Police sought to have DSC Grahame disqualified from cases involving police saying her sister's comments about their mother's incident could lead to the appearance DSC Grahame was biased.
