1978 Chevrolet Corvette L48 Has Just 10K Miles, Anniversary Paint, New-Car Smell

The 1978 Corvette was all kinds of special. First, it marked Corvette's quarter-century anniversary, so it came with goodies to celebrate this achievement, including the two-tone silver paint and the front and rear medallions. Second, the Corvette paced the 1978 Indianapolis 500 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, though the chosen model didn't sport the original paint used to celebrate the silver anniversary.
