A decision last month by the Department of the Interior's Bureau of Indian Affairs has opened the way for a tribal casino to be built in Park City, despite the Kansas attorney general's office insistence that a Sedgwick County casino is illegal. The Wyandotte Nation of Oklahoma plans to build the casino on land it owns south of 77th Street North on Hydraulic Avenue.
