Milwaukee leaders recall Bo Black's impact on the city following her death

Elizabeth "Bo" Black, the former CEO of Milwaukee World Festival Inc. known for both her passion for Milwaukee and colorful personality, died Friday at age 74 in Scottsdale, Arizona. She had been sick for many years and died in hospice.
