Francesca's to close 140 stores

Francesca’s plans to close approximately 140 of its women’s clothing and accessories stores by January 30, 2021, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Monday. Houston-based Francesca’s Holdings Corp. said it expects to incur approximately $29.0 million to $33.0 million in non-cash impairment charges in connection with the closures.
