Businessman Peter A. Halmos, founder of SafeCard Services; and his wife, Vicki Halmos, founder of theater production company Entr’acte Theatrix; sold their Palm Beach mansion for $21.52 million. The 8,142-square-foot home at 315 Clarke Ave. was purchased by PB Island LLC, a Delaware-registered company with an address of 9 West 57th St., 25th Floor, New York, which is the same address and floor number of hedge fund Coatue Management.
