Judge throws out Maryland congressional map in a win for GOP, citing ‘extreme partisan’ gerrymandering

Republicans said Democrats in the state General Assembly sought to silence their votes through partisan gerrymandering. The case is probably headed for the Maryland Court of Appeals.
