Centre declares half-day off for its staff on January 22

Government declares half-day holiday on January 22 for the consecration ceremony of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. The holiday applies to all government offices, institutions, establishments, banks, regional rural banks, insurance companies, and financial institutions. The 'pran pratishtha' ceremony of the new idol of Ram Lalla will be performed by PM Narendra Modi and livestreamed between 11am and 1pm on Monday.
