Right wing body moves court against annual Shah Jahan's Urs at Taj Mahal

Right wing body Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha filed petition in Agra court seeking prohibitory orders against Urs observation of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan's death in Taj Mahal. Petitioner challenged free entry of Urs inside Taj Mahal. Court accepted the plea and has fixed March 4 as hearing date. The three-day event is scheduled to take place from February 6 to February 8.
