Delhi's Mayur Vihar car crash: Teen was behind wheel for a ‘joyride’

A teenager caused a fatal car crash in Mayur Vihar Phase 3. The 17-year-old driver was arrested. His friend, a passenger, is on the run. The vehicle owner is cooperating with the police.
