PSU vigilance officer killed in mine lift crash

Upendra Pandey, chief vigilance officer of Hindustan Copper Ltd, died in a lift collapse at Kolihan mines near Rajasthan's Khetri town. Fourteen others were rescued after being trapped overnight.
