British Parliament considers banning Trump from U.K.

In two weeks, Iowa voters will get a chance to vote on Donald Trump in the caucuses. But in Britain, there's a vote Monday on the Republican presidential frontrunner. Legislators will take up a petition, signed by more than half a million people, to ban Trump from entering the U.K. Mark Phillips reports from London's Houses of Parliament, where the debate will be held.
