Rubio bill aims to withhold UN funding for Afghanistan until assured it doesn't funding terrorism

Sen. Marco Rubio introduced a bill to halt U.S. contributions to the United Nations for Afghanistan until it is certain that the money isn't reaching the Taliban or other terrorist operations.
