Video: Day after Boston bombings, chaplain opens Senate with a prayer

One day after twin bombs exploded at the Boston Marathon, U.S. Senate Chaplain Barry Black opened the Senate floor session with a prayer, asking God to remind lawmakers "that it's better to fail in a cause that will ultimately succeed than to succeed in a cause that will ultimately fail."
