STAMFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dorian LPG Ltd. (NYSE: LPG) (the “Company,” “Dorian LPG,” “we,” “us,” and “our”), today announced that its Board of Directors has declared an irregular cash dividend of $1.00 per share of the Company’s common stock.
