Miguel Cabrera breaks record for most hits by Venezuelan-born player

The Detroit Tigers defeated the Kansas City Royals, 4-2. Miguel Cabrera broke the record for most hits by Venezuelan-born player with 2,878. He passed Omar Vizquel with a two-RBI single in the bottom of the fifth.
