'Special' Stroud propels Texans to wild-card win

Texans coach DeMeco Ryans called quarterback C.J. Stroud "special," as the No. 2 pick tied the NFL record for most touchdown passes (three) by a rookie in a playoff game in Houston's wild-card win over the Browns on Saturday.
