Police officer guilty of gross misconduct after viewing file of Nottingham attacks suspect out of 'curiosity'

PC Matt Gell's misconduct hearing was told that the file of suspect Valdo Calocane had been viewed 381 times by 179 members of staff over a four day period, despite many having no involvement in the case.
