Rockies trade Jesus Tinoco to Marlins for right-hander Chad Smith

Right-hander Jesus Tinoco, one of the players included in the Rockies' 2015 trade for Troy Tulowitzki, was traded to the Miami Marlins for right-handed reliever Chad Smith.
