North Korea Internet hit again

After North Korea’s internet experienced an outage earlier Christmas week, it was hit again. The dictatorship blamed the U.S. for its online issues. Kim Jong Un’s spokesman even hurled a racially-charged insult aimed at President Obama. Carter Evans reports.
