Penalty phase to be key in Boston trial

The defense rested its case Tuesday in the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Though the defense admits Dzhokhar did bomb the marathon, it's trying to spare him the death penalty by suggesting his older brother Tamerlan led him astray.
