Officer talks about helping deliver baby boy at Lincoln Tunnel

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Two Port Authority police officers helped deliver a healthy baby boy was born at the Lincoln Tunnel on Monday.  Officer Timothy Jozefczyk joined PIX11 Morning News to talk more about the fateful day, and reuniting with baby Kylian Aaron Guallpa Castano.
