Former C.I.A. Officer Pleads Guilty to Sexual Abuse Charges

The former officer, Brian Jeffrey Raymond, 47, admitted that he had sexually assaulted dozens of women, dating back as far as 2006, both in the United States and overseas, federal prosecutors said.
