Motor vehicle stop leads Salem police to suspect in lunch meat theft

Salem City Police finally caught up with a woman they believe shoplifted more than two pounds of lunch meat from a local supermarket thanks to use of their new license plate reader which nabbed her for driving an unregistered vehicle
