One of two Seattle shooting victims identified

One of the two men fatally shot Tuesday in South Seattle has been identified as George Hendricks Jr. Hendricks, 41, suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The other homicide victim, 33, has not been identified by the King County Medical Examiner’s Office. Their deaths are the eighth and ninth homicides from incidents in Seattle this year, and the city has not seen a deadlier two months in more than a decade. Gang Unit detectives were processing the scene, and police had not released a suspect description by Wednesday evening.
