Kenneth Bae: U.S. has reached out to N. Korea, senior WH official says

A senior Obama administration official tells CBS News the U.S. government has reached out to North Korea in recent days in an effort to pardon Kenneth Bae, who has been detained for more than a year. Clarissa Ward reports.
