Donald Trump Pleads Not Guilty in Georgia RICO Case

ATLANTA—Former President Donald Trump pleaded not guilty Thursday to the charges against him in the Georgia racketeering case in which he and 18 co-defendants are accused of engaging in a criminal enterprise to overturn the 2020 election in the state.
