News video: Activists Respond To Trump's Anti-Flag Burning TweetPresident-Elect Donald Trump posted on his Twitter account that he believe anyone in the US who burns an American flag should at least be deported or sent to jail for one year. In response, to Trump’s tweets a hard-left activist group burned several American flags in New York City in front of the Trump International Hotel. Despite Trump’s beliefs, it was ruled by the Supreme Court in 1989 that flag burning is not a crime, but a type of protest. The hard-left activist group was in the right.
