In an interview with 60 Minutes, Ryan said the repeal will be "immediate" but a replacement might not be ready for months or even years. In the meantime, he says no one will lose health coverage. During his interview, Ryan also addressed his "rocky relationship" with President-elect Donald Trump, saying that they've managed to patch things up. He said, "We're not looking back. We're looking forward."
