[Music] welcome to local business spotlight everyone I'm Troy Thompson joining me in the studio today is nurse practitioner Tony Ryan from over there at Euro Med Spa and we're talking all about everything you need to know about the latest and greatest work when it comes to Botox and fillers everything that we want to break down welcome to the show Tony nice to see you again all right so let's talk a little bit about the Euro lift and liquid facelift everyone calls what we know out in the public a liquid facelift something a little bit different where did you come up with the name euro facelift well we are euro med spa yeah and we like the way that we do our liquid facelift so it has become the Euro facelift we like that now let's explain to everyone at home also the difference between the word facelift and liquid facelift because people assume when you say facelift it means going under the knife right right for a traditional facelift that is going under the knife but a liquid facelift is just injectables to replace volume loss you can fill the cheeks lips nasolabial lines marionettes you can build up the jaw line I really I didn't realize that the jaw line as well now is this something that men and women can have done absolutely every day and what's your percentage like what do you see the difference of conversation with men coming in and having this what are they saying out there they just want to look more youthful all across the board it's not just women anymore but men also the market has gotten younger and you have older people competing against younger people to get jobs and they want to put their best face forward mm-hmm so when ladies and guys are coming into you what do they main concerns for people sitting at home that so they can relate to what you're talking about Tony when people are coming in mainly they don't want to look old they don't want to look tired yeah most of them don't want to look like they're aging they want to stay fresh just plump it up a little bit right looking like you've had a nice little holiday so let's talk a little bit about the products that you use for a liquid facelift if you could break that down for me primarily we used to Juvederm products by Allergan yes we use voluma vollure and volbella these products can last up to two years really yes that's an incredible deal it is incredible deal Wow okay so when we're talking fillers let's explain the difference between a filler and the Botox product well Botox is a neuromodulator so it relaxes the muscles so you're less likely to make those frown lines the surprised look and the crinkles around your eyes that a lot of us don't like anymore so though Botox relaxes those muscles that create those lines right and then the fillers fill up where you've lost volume so if you have lost volume as we age we lose volume primarily in our cheeks right but also in our lips and then as you lose that volume the skin droops down and the fillers can fill that back up I understand let's talk a little bit about how long and in between Botox procedures should we be having it now one I remember one person told me I'll try only come in every six months I felt like it wasn't short enough a time some people get a longer amount you know we're all really chemically different so people usually the average is three to four months right for Botox and but you have people that work out extremely hard they seem to burn through yeah that's me Tony that's you that's why I've done every week we appreciate you Tony we want everyone to know at home there it all is up on the screen there's the phone number give them a call back after this break [Music]
