Tropical Storm Fred rolled thru leaving everything high and muddy.
Luckily, I know a pond that never gets muddy so having only one option for my trip, I headed out to brave the heat, humidity, and just downright miserableness of August Dog Days of Summer.
Armed with my trust deer hair poppers and a TFO Pro 8wt, I managed a few fish under the scorching hot sun.
Hope you guys enjoy the journey with me as I earn every scale as I Fly Fish for Large Mouth Bass.
It starts off slow but gets much better later.
