Dangerous Dog Watch.
A 6-year-old boy was killed by two dogs that presumably belonged to a Portland homeowner in December 5, 2023.
The female homeowner claimed to have a K9 services business at the time.
But was not a registered business.
The boy had been dropped off by her grandmother, who raised him, so the homeowner can have him go to school.
The homeowner witnessed the attack and reportedly attempted to stop it but was unable.
The woman claimed that the boy opened a garage door where the vicious dogs were located.
I personally believe that this woman's stupidity; the owning of these dangerous dogs; and her access to the care of a child'; were the cause of the death of the boy.
Having two large dangerous and aggressive dogs is bad enough, but keeping them where a single door separated a child from a deadly attack is beyond stupid.
Also, this woman appears to also have a very dangerous and ignorant mentality.
She obviously should have not been trusted to care for a child and should be charged for the child's death for gross negligence and child endangerment.
