UTSA launching urban institute at downtown campus

The University of Texas at San Antonio is launching an Urban Education Institute at its downtown campus. The institute — envisioned as a hub to prepare future educators, broaden collaboration and provide support for economically disadvantaged students — will operate out of the university’s College of Education and Human Development.
