The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday asked a federal judge to hold Tesla Inc. CEO Elon Musk in contempt of court over an inaccurate tweet last week about 2019 production numbers. Tesla shares fell around 3 percent in early trading today on the news. In its filing, the SEC claims Musk failed to get company approval before tweeting that Tesla would produce 500,000 cars in 2019. As part of an earlier settlement, Musk had agreed to get approval on all tweets that contained material…
