War of Will claimed the Preakness Stakes Saturday, capping off a day of horse racing that brought in a record handle at Pimlico Race Course in what could be the penultimate year at the track for the Triple Crown's second jewel. The Preakness drew a crowd of 131,256, down 2.4 percent compared to 2018. This year there were nearly 7,000 fewer seats available to the public after the track's owner, the Stronach Group, decided to shut down the Old Grandstand's open-air section due to safety concerns.…
