Federal judge aims for early next year for trial with Sabre, DOJ case

The clash between the government and Sabre is set to go to trial early next year.  A federal judge said the week of Jan. 27 is being held of a trial in the case, according to a recent legal filling with the U.S. District Court for the state of Delaware. Other key dates include an interim report in December and a pretrial conference on Jan. 17.  At stake is a Sabre’s $360 million deal for Farelogix.
