St. Louis behavioral health services provider names new CEO

Great Circle, a St. Louis-based nonprofit that provides behavioral health services to youth and families, has promoted its interim leaders to new posts. Paula Fleming was named the organization's president and CEO after a nationwide search led by St. Louis-based EMD Consulting Group, officials said last week.
