Polymet says it will appeal Court of Appeals decisions to MN Supreme Court

The Polymet Mining Corp. will appeal the Minnesota Court of Appeals' decision to reject three of the permits it needs to build a copper mine in the Hoyt Lakes area, the company said on Thursday. The company will file a petition for review with the Minnesota Supreme Court sometime in the next month.
