Human space launches are one step closer to returning to Central Florida after a successful test launch. NASA and Hawthorne, California-based SpaceX are targeting second-quarter 2020 for a crewed launch of SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft, SpaceX founder Elon Musk said at a press conference following a safety test of Crew Dragon on Jan. 18.
