Beacon developer confirms plans to buy EAV's Graveyard Tavern building

A commercial developer with a growing footprint on Atlanta's east side confirmed plans to purchase the building that houses East Atlanta's Graveyard Tavern. Pellerin Real Estate announced Monday it will acquire the building at 1245 Glenwood Ave. SE.
