Multiple workers that were in close proximity to a Placer County coronavirus patient have been asked to self-quarantine. The news arrives shortly after Placer County officials stated that a resident who tested positive for COVID-19 has died. The death was the first coronavirus death in California, and brings the total death toll in the United States to 11.
