The former Baltimore estate of Charles Carroll, whose signature dots the Declaration of Independence, is heading to the auction block. The two-story Carroll Hunting Lodge at 5914 Greenspring Ave. will be sold on April 1 at 11 a.m. in an auction held at the property near Mount Washington in Northwest Baltimore.
