The City and County of Honolulu has purchased 5.3 acres of land for $1.33 million from Dole Food Co. on the North Shore of Oahu for a new fire station. The sale of the land, located at the corner of Waialua Beach Road and Goodale Road in Waialua, was scheduled to close on Friday and will be the site of the new Wailalua Fire Station, Honolulu Fire Department Chief Manuel P.
