In the latest in a string of bad news for the e-cigarette company, San Francisco-based Juul Labs Inc. is slated to lay off one-third of its employees amid declining sales of its products and regulatory issues, reported The Wall Street Journal. According to unnamed sources cited by the newspaper, the company is planning to cut between 800 and 950 people.
