Oregon begins phased reopening of outdoor recreation areas

Oregon has begun reopening some parks and outdoor recreation areas, with the first places becoming available for use today. Gov. Kate Brown said a phased reopening of day use services at recreation areas will be accompanied by loosened restrictions on private site operators and camping areas to follow later.
