Gov. Larry Hogan will lift Maryland’s stay-at-home order starting at 5 p.m. Friday, as the state embarks on the first phase of its reopening plan, but individual jurisdictions can decide to keep more restrictions in place longer. The easing of restrictions is likely to be felt unevenly throughout the state though. Hogan noted that Montgomery and Prince George’s counties, which together account for about half of Maryland’s total cases, have said they are not yet ready to lift restrictions. The…
