Hogan to lift Maryland stay-at-home order, but localities can keep restrictions in place

Gov. Larry Hogan will lift Maryland’s stay-at-home order starting at 5 p.m. Friday, as the state embarks on the first phase of its reopening plan, but individual jurisdictions can decide to keep more restrictions in place longer. The easing of restrictions is likely to be felt unevenly throughout the state though.
