North Carolina’s rural health clinics will receive more than $3.3 million in federal funding to bolster Covid-19 testing.  The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services through the Health Resources and Services Administration has disbursed $225 million to more than 4,500 rural health clinics across the country.  In N.C., 68 rural health clinics –– those so designated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) –– will split $3,363,377 to expand access to testing in rural communities.  The…
