De Blasio signs Covid-19 small-business relief package into law

Restaurants, bars and other small businesses may get some much-needed relief under a set of new laws aimed at helping businesses through the economic turmoil caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Mayor Bill de Blasio signed the package of seven bills into law on Tuesday, after City Council passed them earlier this month.
