Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler and City Commissioner Jo Ann Hardesty Saturday stridently criticized violent protesters who damaged downtown and Northeast Portland businesses. As KGW, a PBJ news partner, reports, the pair appeared at a press conference with other community leaders to discuss the events, which included the arrest of 13 people.
