OTR businesses: 'The spirit’s too strong; you can’t break it'

As Over-the-Rhine business owners returned to their establishments Saturday morning after riots broke out from peaceful protests sparked by the May 25 police killing of Minneapolis man George Floyd, some found windows broken, merchandise gone and fixtures destroyed.
